At Fifty Five Sixty, we pack every order with love and care. Please read our shipping policy carefully before
placing your order.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public
holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking
information once your order has been shipped.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS through Pirate Ship at the most competitive rates available.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and fees upon arrival in the destination
country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or
shipping cost. Fifty Five Sixty is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can track your
order directly through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you
receive your shipping confirmation.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package appears lost or has not moved in tracking for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 30

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Fifty Five Sixty is not responsible for packages
delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing
your order please contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
