How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website at checkout, or by sending us a DM on Instagram
(@fiftyfive.sixty) or WhatsApp. We are happy to assist you with your order through any of these channels.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. We process orders within 2–5
business days so if we have not yet shipped your order we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an
order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order from Fifty Five Sixty is packed with love and care. If you would like a personalised note included in
your order please mention it in your order notes at checkout or send us a message and we will be happy to add
one.

What sizes do you carry?
We currently carry abayas in Size 52, Size 54 and Size 56. Each product listing clearly shows the available size. If
you are unsure which size to choose please don't hesitate to send us a message and we will help you find the best fit.

How do abaya sizes work?
Abaya sizes refer to the total length of the garment in centimetres. Size 52 is approximately 52 inches and is
suited to petite or shorter frames. Size 54 is approximately 54 inches and suits medium height frames. Size 56 is
approximately 56 inches and suits taller frames.

I am between sizes — which should I choose?
We recommend going with the larger size for a more modest and comfortable fit. You are always welcome to DM
us with your height and we will give you a personal recommendation.

What fabric are your abayas made from?
Our abayas are crafted from a variety of premium fabrics including Nida, crepe, chiffon and satin blends
depending on the style. Each product description includes fabric details. All fabrics are chosen for their modesty,
comfort and quality.

Are your abayas true to colour?
We do our best to photograph our abayas in natural light to represent colours as accurately as possible. However
slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

How do I care for my abaya?
We recommend hand washing or gentle machine washing in cold water. Lay flat or hang to dry. Avoid tumble
drying and direct sunlight for extended periods. For embellished or beaded pieces we recommend hand washing
only.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Domestic US orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days via standard shipping and 2–3 business days via priority shipping. International orders typically take 10–21 business
days. Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for details.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to the United States and Canada, with select international shipping available. Please
contact us if your country is not available at checkout and we will do our best to assist you.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can use this to
track your package directly on the carrier's website.

I use Pirate Ship — how does that affect my order?
We ship all orders through Pirate Ship which allows us to access the most competitive USPS and UPS rates. Your
tracking information will be sent to you automatically once your label is created.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Scarves, hijabs and sale items are not
eligible for return. Please refer to our full Returns & Exchanges Policy for complete details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We are so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and
we will resolve it for you as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, exchanges are available for a different size where stock permits. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery
to arrange an exchange.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure Shopify
checkout. For local orders we also accept Zelle and Venmo — please DM us to arrange.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted payment system. We never store
your card details.

How does your charity donation work?
We donate 10% of all profits every month to four incredible organisations: Human Appeal, Humanity First,
UNHCR and Nisa Homes. This is not a one-time gesture — it is built into how we run our business, every single
month.

Can I choose which charity my donation goes to?
At this time donations are distributed across all four of our charity partners each month. We are grateful for your
support in making this possible.
