At Fifty Five Sixty, every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands. We want you to love everything
you receive. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:
✓ The item is unworn and unwashed
✓ All original tags are still attached
✓ The item is in its original condition with no signs of wear, perfume, makeup or damage
✓ The item is returned in its original packaging where possible

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
✗ Scarves and hijabs (for hygiene reasons)
✗ Sale or Final Pieces items
✗ Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
✗ Items that show signs of wear, damage or alteration
✗ Items returned after the 14-day window

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery via email, Instagram DM or WhatsApp
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within
5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size where stock is available. Please contact us within 14 days of
delivery to request an exchange. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with
photos of the issue. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
